Effective Date: 07/23/2023

World's Radar ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures we follow to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement on our website ("Site").

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement:

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notification must comply with the requirements of the DMCA and should include the following information:

a. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

b. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

c. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

d. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

e. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

f. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notification:

If you believe that the material removed or disabled by us is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner or the copyright owner's agent to post and use the material in question, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.

Your counter-notification must include the following information:

a. Your physical or electronic signature.

b. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.

d. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

e. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Your Jurisdiction], and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA infringement notification.

3. Repeat Infringers:

World's Radar reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
